Basic inspection covers one main electrical service panel. Sub-panels or additional electrical services on the property may incur additional charges. Visual inspection of the panels electrical buss can be performed at an additional cost and will require electrical shutdown. GFCI device operation requires simulated circuit ground fault which will cause the GFCI device to trip during correct wiring and operation. If the GFCI device is not located in a readily accessible location, for example hidden behind walls, cabinets, furniture or otherwise inaccessible, then additional work at an additional cost may be required to trace circuiting and locate device to reset.
